Does any one else experience this problem? When I try to join any Free Roam mode in multiplayer it goes to the loading screen and says "you have been returned to free roam due to connection problems with other players" and I haven't ever wentinto free roam. Please Reply

Yes, I had that problem frequently when I first started playing - not every time, but very often. I changed my old router to a newer model and now it occurs much less frequently.
There is also an issue depending on the NAT type of your internet connection. Here is a Support Article from Rockstar that describes the problem and how to test it.
