I rolled over to the top level just a few days ago.
I was in a Gang Match lobby when I checked to see how close I was: a measly 15 XP.
So the first guy's noggin I popped in the shootout sent me over.
Naturally, I immediately got accused of being a modder. :D
Of course, I'm not a modder, nor do I use a fuckng lag switch, I just took advantage of Double XP Weekends.
However, I must say that I will not voluntarily set foot in Pike's Basin for a long, long time.
