There is No options to make a Post (Off Topic)....
There is only (General) or (Wiki Questions).
Please can you try to Explain the Rules here?
Cuz i dont get why its so Important to you,
if the Title says what the post is about,
why Choose a "Topic?
Why close a Post if it aint becouse ppl getting to rude or something bust becouse the (Post Category) is wrong?

We have a monthly discussions thread to talk about off topic stuff. That is the only exception to the "no offtopic posts" rule stated in the guidelines.
The inclusion of the Topic is to keep posts organized, in correct places, if you will. Every post belongs to one specific category that keeps it and other similar posts under the same umbrella. It's also easier for people who search one particular post, for example, rather than going through dozens of posts all jumbled in one overarching category.
As for your post, I have unlocked it; it doesn't necessarily break our guidelines as it is relevant and somewhat on-topic, being a wiki/community-related post.
