Actually I really wish they’d released a Redemption remaster about a year ago because I couldn’t remember any of that story after a decade. I had to watch a YouTube video recap to remind me who Bill, Javier, and Dutch were. I completely forgot Uncle existed. And I never would have remembered Dutch’s connection to the native peoples in 1911. I would have really liked to replay it.
Now Revolver as your actual post is about... I really enjoyed the hell out of that game. Back in the Air Force a friend wanted me to make friends with her husband so we had a guys night and that was the game he rented and it was an absolute blast. We played the full story in 1 night and then death matched for hours. The Dead Eye was fairly unique at the time. If they remastered that I’d definitely replay it, though I hope they would add a little bonus content that at least links Revolver to the Redemption world. As it is now they have very different tones and are nearly different worlds, Redemption is nowhere near as funny as Revolver was for example.
