Nah it didn’t happen during or immediately after a mission: it was just a random sighting. The strange man, just overlooking Beechers from that cliff. I thought it was worth sharing as it’s creepy and fun, that’s all.

If you want to post something without raising any doubts then you should definitely back it up with a video. It is completely normal for people to not believe in something like that when it's claimed without having delivered any proper evidence.

If you want people to believe you dont instantly shoot down any explanations that don't involve it being the strange man at least consider that what you saw wasent the strange man and thats considering all of what you said was true.
