I like them both, but Micah is just brilliant. One of my favourite villains ever.

@Wagwan piffting23 R* in general just has a fantastic rouges gallery. As much as I love to hate Micah, I must give this one to Ross; He just has such a stage presence, and steals the show whenever he's on screen. He has so many iconic moments; his exchange with John about Dutch "admiring the flowers" may just be my favorite line in the entire Red Dead series.

Both of these characters have fantastic voice actors as well. Peter Blomquist does an amazing job, really selling the role. He also seems like a really great, funny guy in real life. I don't know too much about Jim Bentley, but he also does an amazing job, really bringing a charismatic flair to Ross as a character.

Oh yeah, both voice actors are amazing. Both of these characters can be a lot of fun to be around, and are impressive villains even by Rockstar’s standards.

Though Micah is more of like a disease in the Van der Linde gang, I feel that Ross is a greater villian. Rather than being the forefront of his activities, he's rather a lingering threat to John and the gang since 1899 all the way to 1911. That and the fact that his position with the BOI gives him control of local police, US Marshals, and the Army makes him much more dangerous than Micah.
