But on a serious note, I agree with Timmy: I think he’s better off single. Arthur has already had relationships, and I don’t feel like he needs or even wants one by 1899. Especially with TB, any kind of intimacy is out anyway.
Definitely Charlotte, IMO. Mary-Beth is more like a little sister to Arthur considering their age difference and such, and Sadie is not ready to move on from her husband's death, let alone get into another romantic relationship. Charlotte is definitely the best contender for a hypothetical second love interest to Arthur.
All of these options are unrealistic. But if I could pick who Arthur could've hooked up regardless of their interests, etc. It would be that Black Widow in that Old shootist side quest.
She seems like a perfect match and Arthur even says that in his notes. Likes killing, and a whole lot rigged with nitroglycerine.
