All of these options are unrealistic. But if I could pick who Arthur could've hooked up regardless of their interests, etc. It would be that Black Widow in that Old shootist side quest.
She seems like a perfect match and Arthur even says that in his notes. Likes killing, and a whole lot rigged with nitroglycerine.
@Tesshu I don't think Sadie would be a good choice for Arthur - she hasn't really moved on from her husband's death, certainly not in 1899 and not even in 1907, and her wild, spiteful and inconsiderate personality conflicts too much with Arthur's kind, thoughtful one to really work as a couple.
Sadie compreheended, cared and trusted Arthur more than anyone she met after the tragic death of her husband, also Arthur on his diary he has written fondly of her they shared a very close bond with each other and if Arthur didnt get infected with TB they would escaped together with John
@Tesshu Arthur and Sadie having a strong relationship doesn't have to mean it was romantic. I also say that because it wasn't but they were more obviously very good friends than anything else.
