@Savvy Stormtrooper nothing happens to him in rdr2 except him becoming a piece of shit in the end. U get to kill him in rdr1 or u can capture him to get executed.
I still don't understand how he can completely change his personality it's weird and never explained why Javier would betray John and Arthur even tho Javier saved John in chapter 1
Javier is not loyal he is selfish, manipulative, greedy and liar and he only cares about himself, Eagle Flies on the other hand he is loyal, strong, fierce and good he is Just blinded by his ideals and purpose in his Life and he gets easily to be manipulated like Dutch was used by him to achieve his insane dreams
Rockstar kinda messed up Javier’s character in my opinion. They made him too like able when it was pretty obvious they were writing him to be a slimy a*hole in the first. I know a lot could happen in 12 years but Javier was so nice to John and Arthur in every chapter then just betrays is them at the end of 2, same with Bill. They shouldn’t have changed his character so much, to the point where he’s basically unrecognizable.
