If your talking about in 1899 I would say Arthur because he's, as you said, more experienced, but in 1907, I would say Charles because I would guess he trained in all the years that passed

I'd say Charles. Even in 1899, Charles shows incredible athletic achievement in multiple fistfights. However, it is pretty close and it's difficult to formulate anything resembling a definitive answer.

I'd say Arthur in 1899 considering he almost beat Tommy to death, and handled him fairly easily. However in 1907, a healthy Arthur would be 44 and likely slowed down a bit. I'd say Charles in 1907

I think it will either end up in a stalemate or one outlasting the other. Both have some crazy feats of toughness, strength, and skill throughout the story.

In 1899 I'd pick Arthur. Just in reference to what happened to Tommy.
