If you really want to get bad honor just go to saint denis and shoot people. [NEXT UP - HUGE SPOILER, SO DON'T READ IF YOU DIDN'T FINISHED THE STORY] The game is trying to give you opportunity to end Arthur's story with the good ending. On my first playtrough I wanted to be so good to everyone, I've completed every optional honor-related mission, and ended with maximum good honor. Getting to the highest honor with that attitude isn't really hard, BUT. On my second playthrough (with all missed achievements) I've become an outlaw, and started shooting everyone in almost every city. It isn't hard to get you honor to the lowest level, but trust me, even with these opportunities, it's hard to get to the top :/

I absolutely agree that the game basically is flat out cannon with good honor as Arthur. Especially since there is no bad honor version of Arthur’s behavior after his diagnosis.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but Arthur still says things like he wants to help people near the end no matter your honor.

Yeah, even before that it feels like the game want you to play it with good honor, especially the camp conversations. Not the ones were someone approaches you randomly, the ones were you sit down with people like Mary-Beth and Arthur talks about his recent actions.
