Throughout the game it is clear that there is 4 characters that are at the top if the gang, 1st is Dutch, 2nd is Hosea, 3rd is Arthur and 4th is John. But who do you think has the most power after that?
3rd would probably be grimshaw, so yeah.
I don't think grimshaw could call shots about upcoming jobs.
Grimshaw handles the camp, not the heists.
