Well yea, fair point, but in my opinion Arthur's canon clothing, guns etc. are canon to that playthrough, to you specifically. But like i get the point you mean, and in that case i'd say the "canon" weapon of choice would probably be the Cattleman, because it's his starting weapon and not given by anyone or bought.

Personally, I feel like the Cattleman Revolver (Hero's grip with black engravings and all iron) is Arthur's canon sidearm since I mainly use it for my playthrough. I know that everyone has a different opinion, but that's my opinion.

Id use Callaway Schofield revolver for Arthur
