Somebody said that Arthur wasn't mad or upset when Charles Châtenay kissed him, he just said "Don't ever do that again." They suggested he liked it. He literally had a kid and was in a relationship, then after that dated again and got engaged. He had a temporary crush on Abigail. Just some people fantasizing wanting to push the agenda.
Nothing against LGBTQ+ people, but just, no, there isn't a reason to think he would be. Especially gay considering that he's been in at least two relationships with women. And bisexuality seems far fetched too.
