Finally fixed!

The broken dialogue around camp in story mode where the gang members keep telling you to put warmer clothes on has finally been fixed!!!

Just had an update, walked around camp for about 10mins and everyone just said hello! Don’t know why it just made me this happy but I’ll take it haha.

They didn't fix it, they eliminated completely the mechanic of the dialogues in the camp about the clothes. They definetely have abandoned RDR2, shame on them.

The cold clothing dialogue wasn’t a thing when the game launched so I don’t think it was ever meant to be a thing.
