We never got to see Ricketts in his prime so we'll never know, but I give him the nod.

Landon in his prime would probably ragdoll Arthur in a gunfight, but I think Arthur would win this judging by his age.

In my opinion Arthur would win because of how many things he managed to take on. Whatever was thrown at him, he survived.(Other than tb of course but he couldn't really do anything about that.) So I have faith in Arthur that he could beat Landon (idk about Landon in his prime though.)

If you pay attention in the cutscenes Arthur is insanely fast on the draw. He’s the fastest out of all Dutches gang and faster then pretty much every other character in game
