Why is it just those three gangs? I personally think that the Del Lobos are scarier than all of them, especially when they try to ambush you when you are outside Tumbleweed and when you assault and attack Fort Mercer on rdr2 and they're a bit like the Red Dead universe version of the Gunners from FO4, but for this I picked the Night Folk.
The skinners and murfees are scary, but there’s something about riding around at night, finding a man hanging from a bridge, and then immediately being attacked by 6 axe wielding maniacs that’s just a little bit more scary
