Do it on a bridge with little or no room on the sides, then they can’t run away. Also the cops will not stop chasing you if you have a high bounty. Don’t take control of it if you haven’t robbed the passengers, or they’ll disappear.

I have a bounty of 1500 and they stop chasing me if i kill enough of them even when I’m still blowing up safes and robbing passengers

How do you get a bounty that big? I thought it capped out at about 700

I have it at 1500 everywhere but Ambarino from killing a whole ton of lawmen and pedestrians
