Depends, for hunting I usually either use the bolt action rifle or the bow, for combat it's usually either the lancaster repeater or the pump action shotgun
Sidearms are the schofield revolver (which I always try to get early on) and the semi-automatic pistol if I have it, if not then the sawed off shotgun
I like to preserve ammo as much as possible which is why I don't go for weapons with a fast firerate as much (especially since they're rarely necessary), but I do like to have one just in case I don't have enough time to aim and just need to spray and pray (for example in an encounter with the night folk, or a cougar if I happen to not be on my horse)
The guns on my horse are:
2 Double-action Revolvers
2 Semi-auto Pistols
2 Mausers
2 Schofields
John's Cattleman
Bolt-action & Carcano Rifle
Semi-auto Shotgun
Litchfield & Lancaster Repeater
My main loadout:
2 Double-Action Revolvers
Bolt-Action Rifle
Semi-Auto Shotgun
My go to load is. Either a pump or lever action shotgun, A linchfeild repeater, And two double action revovlers.
And a bow sometimes because there's always some kind of satisfaction by killing you foes with simple technology.
For me I use the Lancaster Repeater and the Bolt Action rifle
As for revolvers I use a Schofield and a Lemat
If I’m geared for a fight against human foes at short to medium range, I usually go bolt action or Springfield (both scoped) over the shoulder for medium range, and then a type of shotgun on my back for powerful short range work, and then two revolvers—typically Schofield and Cattleman—as backup.
@RushW the Springfield is very fun to use I love using it for combat
@Jake Mansfield definitely agree. Springfield is like a stronger repeater in my mind.
Bow & Lancaster
Volcanic Pistol & Schofield
Bow because it's satisfying, and the Lancaster is there incase I keep missing with the bow
Bolt-action rifle or Carcano without scope, combined with a pump-action shotgun and two M1899 semi-automatic pistols.
What do you think?
