Yes, most of my play throughs it’s there, other times it’s completely disappeared. I’m not sure why but my theory is that you’ve possible already stumbled across it without picking it up which caused an algorithm to make it disappear? It’s plausible as I do know that when I picked it up from the gun store it never appeared at chez porter.
