Some missions will not be playable if you have low honor. Especially the NPC missions in Chapter VI. Also when you do minor things at the mission your honor sinks (sell the gift for Penelope Braithwaite). If you have low honor with Arthur and John you find more lootable Dead Eye Items, more money and alcohol. If you have high honor you get more jewelry from NPCs and the prices for certain items are cheaper and some outfits are only unlocked when you have high honor. In general the NPCs or the people in your camp will not talk negatively. Only when you start the conversation in a negative way they shout back. When you start a fight with everybody inside the camp Dutch and other cowboys will throw you out temporarily.

If you hit the teller in The trolley station, Dutch will give Arthur a bit of a bollocking, even Lenny will if you hit the townspeople beforehand. There’s also other missions where this will happen.

Other camp members will make comments if you do dishonourable things on missions in front of them. ie- Bill “my god! You’re worse than Micah!” When shooting a dead body in front of him. Or “you’re a cold one Morgan!” By Shaun on a certain side mission.

There’s some differing dialogue in certain missions depending whether you’re low or high honour, but the differences are that minute that I can’t even think what they are from the top of my head.

My Honor is stuck at 50%. no matter how much of a dingleberry I am. Kill horses, dogs, set random people and their horses/wagons on fire, walk into a shack and stab the same guy in the eye over and over again, shoot the guy in the river in the head with an arrow twice, set the trapper on fire with his leg stuck in the trap, got it down to 40% once then heard a 'Bong!' and it was back at 50. Antagonized Dutch and a couple other camps members and got told to get my head straightthen...Nada so, all that to say no idea.
