@Leprechaunlauch I could imagine a Red Dead Redemption game where you play as Lyle Morgan, but the thing is he has to die at the end like the other two Red Dead Redemption games. So what if you played as Arthur in Epilogue? That would make for a great 3rd game, but we likely have until at least 2026 before we even see a teaser for this game

I think it would be cool red dead 3 would follow the story of Sadie after she went to South America

Yeah the red 3 will be backstory of hosea/dutch and Arthur

@Nsfwtoaster South America with Sadie would be a cool side-game, but it wouldn't be a great setting for a Red Dead Redemption game, and would fall out of the Red Dead style.

Assuming there's even going to be a third game you mean? I think you might be getting ahead of yourself just a little bit here.

@EgyptianBatman is right. It would be pretty hard to top the first two games, and even if they could, there's only so much storyline to create, because so much was covered in Red Dead Redemption 2

The only way I could possibly see it working is if in a potential third game instead of focusing on the Van Der Linde gang it instead followed the story of an entirely new character kind of like what they do with the GTA games.

Even then though, I don't think that it would be as successful because nobody is going to want to play a Red Dead Redemption game that doesn't have John or Arthur as the main characters.

But then people were originally disappointed that they were going to be playing as Arthur instead of John in 2, and then Arthur went on to become arguably even more popular than John, so what the Hell do I know?
