Tough one to call... Mary-Beth is too young for him. Not that Eliza wasn't but if she hadn't been killed in the story I would have gone with her. Charlotte looks like the most reasonable choice to me.

She isn’t in the game— well, she was. She was cut from the game but here model still exists and is used as one of the ladies for a deluxe bath. She’s mentioned in Chapter 6 as a waitress Arthur met and fell in love with many years ago. They had a child named Isaac and Arthur visited the two every so often. Until one day, he arrived there and found their graves. They were both robbed and killed.

Mary-Beth clearly has a love interest in Kieran and he has feelings for her. She's the only one who checks in on him politely when he is tied up even going as far as feeding,giving him water and even reading to him. Later when he is freed during camp interactions she'll read to him more and they'll tell their backstories to each other with Kieran thanking her for being the friendliest of the gang noting he thinks the others are still learning to trust and if the player is near he states even though he did save Arthur's life which Arthur replies once again how Kieran keeps bringing it up 🤣

I know I voted for Mary Beth (which if I’m honest I did purely because she’s the prettiest) but I always saw her as Arthur’s older sister role model and outside of the little one off conversations you can have with her from time to time, my favorite example to give of this would be how given the opportunity she would always ask about Arthur’s situationship with Mary Linton because she genuinely loves their story together but still sides with Arthur and shared her advice with him or support.
