1 - help John/high honor: the good ending because Arthur does something honorable as a honorable person

2 - help John/low honor: the bad good ending because Arthur does something honorable despite being a dishonorable person

3 - go for the money/high honor: the good bad ending because Arthur does something dishonorable despite being a honorable person

4 - go for the money/low honor: the bad ending because Arthur does something dishonorable as a dishonorable person
