Seeing as PS4 is all I have and at $50 with the DLC, I think it's a great deal. I've been wanting to play RDR1 again for a long time.

I'm actually quite excited yes, I haven't had the opportunity to play it in years, and this way we know it won't be a botched remaster like the GTA trilogy...
Hell no this is just encouraging rockstar to port old games don’t buy this shit pls
I already own Red Dead Redemption 1 on my PS3, which I've had for a while, so this announcement didn't mean much to me. Besides, it's not even coming out on the PS5 which is a letdown, and all for $50? I think that cost is outrageous for a decade-old game.
I'm on PC. Thank god we can use Emulation to remaster it ourselves. Probably better than anything Cunt street games and CockStar could do these days.
It's good for those who never got it but I'd wait for a sale if I were you.
I was incredibly excited for it, even if it wasn't a full remaster and didn't have some of the features I wanted from a remake or rerelease, but $50 is completely ridiculous. I didn't even pay that for RDR2, which has double the features and content, let alone a 13 year old game with no improvements (that's technically losing content!)
@Leprechaunlauch I saw your comment about having a ps5, I have one too. We'll still be able to buy and play the rdr1 port because ps5 has complete backward compatibility with ps4.
The cost is stupid, but to be fair there are COD older games are like 119.99 on the ps store
@Bigrussell Imposter! Oh also I’m pretty sure it’s in the ps4 store, not as a disc.
@Russell Mays Yes, but the Playstation store on PS5 is able to download from both the PS5 library and the PS4 library of games. So if someone had a PS5 and wanted to download the RDR1 port, they could.
What do you think?
