Clearly not, although there is obviously some inspiration, like many things in the game. Twin Rocks is a direct reference, Two Crowns appears to be an homage to Broken Creek, and El Presidio is referred to as «Fort Diego» in the game files. But due to the divided canon, these places, like the rest of the map, do not in any way relate to Revolver and its so-called «Mississippi Territory».

@RDontru I actually want to discuss that bit of information about Red Dead Revolver with the admin, Roosevelt. I was responsible back in 2021-2022 for adding a section in the "Red Dead Revolver" article regarding its setting, time and universe, in which I made some conclusions I now strongly question, one of them being "Brimstone is the capital of Mississippi".
