Fix RDO glitches, add navy revolver to single player, let us remove satchels in single player, AND FIX THE FLOATING BANDOLIERS GOD DAMN.

Fame wouldn't make sense in RDR2, the entire premise of the game is a gang of outlaws fleeing from place to place trying to remain incognito as much as possible. If every person in every town came to recognized Arthur as the infamous Arthur Morgan himself much like they do John in RDR1, than the law would be on him faster than you could say lumbago. Likewise, in the epilogue John is trying to move away from his previous life and disappear from memory, so becoming famous would be counterproductive. In RDR1 fame only made sense because by that point the government had already found John and conscripted him to do its bidding, so he no longer had any point in remaining anonymous and gave out his real name freely.
