The only extra thing I recall that comes with it is a companion activity. If it's not on sale, you're better off without it really.

You can get the unlocks from it using mods and it's not that good of stuff to begin with so the only reason I'd recommend it is if you really want that outfit and Black Chestnut Thoroughbred in RDO
