Even though I hate the Lemoyne Raiders and think they're stupid, Lemoyne always has a special place in my heart. That's where I fell in love with the franchise.

New Hanover gets a bit too much glaze... the Heartlands are possibly the greatest part of the map but I despise Roanoke Ridge from the bottom of my heart and Cumberland Forest is totally underused. Without the Heartlands and Six Point cabin, NH would be a bottom tier state.

Lemoyne might have many ugly and scary parts but there's so much content there. Scarlett Meadows always being sunny during Chapter 3 was the best vibe a game has ever given me, I love the Gray vs Braithwaite feud, the Lemoyne Raiders were always fun to fight, Saint Denis speaks for itself, the swamps are also overhated, ... there's just so much more great stuff you can say about Lemoyne.

NH, WE and Ambarino might be miles ahead in terms of scenery and ambience, but Lemoyne is honestly the best state in terms of open world and story conent.

Lemoyne is great, Chapter 3 is easily my favorite and all of my favorite missions are in Chapter 3 or 4, I love Rhodes and Saint Denis is fun to meander through. I have a save where I have cheats on and I just hang out around Clemens Point hunting and fishing. I still like West Elizabeth though.

Ambarino would be awesome if it actually had a settlement in it besides a Indian reservation
