Red Dead Reference in GTA Online Agency

Has anyone else noticed that on the agency's bodyguard laptop, there's an image which seems to show the swamps around Thieves Landing/ Hennigan's Stead?

No only way to see it is with Grand Theft Auto Online. The Agency isn't even in story mode. The events are set in 2021. While Grand Theft Auto V is set in 2013.
