Locations in Redemption 2

I found a shack in the game but it appears to be unmarked on the map. It's near emerald ranch and it has flowers on top of it.

Started a new game recently and the case that contains the pump-action shotgun at Chez Porter can't be interacted with.

Anyone else experience this?

Does anyone know the name of the camp, where Ike Skelding's men were holding Sean MacGuire captive in the single-player mission "The First Shall Be Last"? It also appears in Red Dead Online in the Samson Finch mission ''These Bastards Can Fight". Or is it just an unnamed location? Below is a map of the area. The location is marked by a red arrow.

What did you think, where the next Camp of the Van der Linde Gang, also if Arthur not Comfronts Dutch or Micah, maybe they returns back near Blackwater or Traveling in the north of the Map near Annesburg in Willard's Rest. Sorry for my bad English.
