Missouri Fox Trotter

So I've been wanting this horse for john for a while now (i completed chapter 6 & epilogue 1 now) but i don't know how to get it. is it in the blackwater stable? i'm pretty sure it is but i just wanna make sure. also can you tell me the price of the horse?

I NEED to point this out to whoever wrote the Missouri Fox Trotter page because I think it's unfortunate that "Micah abuses his horse" is something that's just left there without evidence and repeated throughout the fandom as if it's factual.

When I, and many other people, play the game, we noticed that Baylock has has the same sort of variation in cores as all the other gang horses. They are not suspiciously low. Micah also only ever talks about Baylock positively, and from the amount of lines that Micah has about Baylock compared to the other NPCs about their horses, he may care about his horse THE MOST out of any NPC, if we are to look at the little evidence we are given.

Regarding Red Dead Redemption Online, I still do not know wether the Norfolk Roadster is the fastest horse or the Missouri Fox Trotter. In storymode it's the Missouri Fox Trotter but people are now stating that the coats of the Norfolk Roadster that are released at rank 20 of the moonshiner role is the "fastest horse on the online game." Even though the Silver Dapple Pinto Missouri Fox Trotter coat has remarkably high stats once you get it to bonding level four. I personally have the rank 20 Norfolk Roadster at bonding level four and still believe it is not the fastest horse in game but I am still unsure. So what do you guys think?
