What is the Moonshiners Expansion like? Is there anything in GTA Online you can compare it too? And can I do the whole Moonshiners thing in a lobby with a friend without fear of being griefed?

My moonshine shack disappeared and I just noticed it now. The game is prompting that I must choose a new location and pay the $250 to get a new shack (I am a level 6 Moonshiner). I don’t know if it is due to the update I did this morning or what. Any help or advice?
