I finished The Last Enemy That Shall Be Destroyed?
I was doing the stranger mission where Jack murders Edgar Ross but I got curious as to what would happen if I shot him before the duel began and now the mission failed and won’t reappear on the map. What do I do?
His gun skills would be pretty useful on the battlefield.
Do you guys think Jack Marston eventually lived a happy life despite the loss of his family? I know it's mostly implied that Jack became an outlaw after killing Ross. Jack taking vengeance on Ross has the implications that Jack didn't go on to live a normal, moral life like his parents wanted. But I would like to think that years after killing Ross. Jack eventually turned his life around. But maybe that's me wishing all the suffering Arthur and John went through wasn't for nothing.
If Red Dead Redemption's epilogue would have been more longer like in Red Dead Redemption 2, what would happen during that time before you finally face off against Edgar Ross. I understand you may think it's already perfect, no need to fix it but I'm just asking if the epilogue in the first game would have been longer, what would happen BEFORE Jack confronts Ross. I guess also to give Jack some character development as well since he clearly didn't get one because you just play as him after John's death
