Where in game is Pearson’s first name Simon even mentioned as i’ve Played the main story of red dead 2 about 4 or 5 times and i can’t remember it being shown except for the end credits was i not paying attention or was it mentioned in a side mission that I didn’t play?

So I just found out in chapter 2 if you health is low and you talk to person he requests a rabbit and give you denim jacket but I’m at chapter 4 the thing is i last time i saved manually was at chapter 2 can i load it then get the jacket then get back to the current chapter with the coat?
