I'll start off with the Double Action revolver I've been using since the beginning of chapter 2 in my 100% save that I began way back in October of 2018.
@InflatedGondola This post is almost two years old and I have since resigned from my position in this time. Please don't bump this thread.
There's no reason to even assume that Jack would just throw away a family heirloom, let alone the fact that save for the 3D Universe of Grand Theft Auto being connected to both Bully and Manhunt, there is absolutely no evidence that suggests that Rockstar's HD games share a universe.
Oh and, that's not even John's hat.
@JimmenycricketLives69420 nobody knows
It's called a retcon, common practice in media, seemingly unheard of in the Red Dead community.
Best birthday ever lmao
Okay then, look at a map of the United States, if you can point out "East Virginia" in addition to a "North and South Virginia" I'll believe you.
Bonus points for the Carolinas and the Dakotas
Mate, I used to be one of the head admins of this wiki, I know for a fact that claim is a load of BS, no offense
Red Dead fans have seriously gotta chill with this whole Elizabeth in every direction shtick
Just like bideo game
Afaik if you follow him he'll pass out just outside of camp
Then clearly you didn't pay attention to the game
No, I have not been called a "Football Team"
I just want it to be a more immersive experience overall, as it stands, everything about online is far too fast paced and it shouldn't.
Animations are sped up (holstering amimations are practically nonexistent as your character just slams their revolver to their hip and poof, all gone)
Content needs to be less of a rehash of all previous content, Blood Money was so hyped and ended up being so disappointing with the whole "go to x, loot x, read x, find capitale, do lackluster mission" thing. RDO needs content that is engaging with a high amount of replayability.
Finally, character housing will always be a big want for me. However, in a game such as this, the only way I could see it work is by having it be instance based, so either it's an uncustomizable exterior serving as a shell for the interior, OR the exterior can be customized to your hearts content, which will show as the default land if multiple players own a home in the same area, with a menu option to decide what you see there (default uncustomized lot, another players homestead or your own), with unapproved visitors simply being made invisible to the owners, etc.
The fact that the correct answer isn't the most chosen option. Oh lord have mercy...
Yeah, it's actually really confused me that the options just suddenly disappeared so I just kept the weapon the same out of fear of it being reset
No, this is from my save started in 2018, it WAS the golden double action that you get from GTA Online however I later customized it to look like Javier's, all of these options were just available to me back on release however they shortly disappeared from the gunsmith menu.
Figured I'd share another picture of my revolver with the addition of how I've customized my hunting knife

Personally, I think it's best to complete all except the final Hamish mission with Arthur, and then pick it up with John as there's unique dialogue regarding Arthur with Hamish.
Keep in mind that the San Andreas depicted in GTA V isn't how it actually appears, in-universe, the body of water above Paleto Bay is a river which is confirmed by Lester when scouting the Paleto bank, the river connects it to the rest of San Andreas, hence Rockstar referring to it as "Southern San Andreas" both in-game and occasionally in newswire posts whenever it isn't referred to as "Los Santos & Blaine County"
