How would they have mentioned a character that didn't even exist yet? Arthur wasn't planned until the development of rdr2. This is a stupid question.

There should not be another fucking prequel. I love the red dead series more then any other game, they do not need another prequel. It probably won't even be another redemption, it'll be red dead something else. With whole new characters and a whole new setting.
