By 1914 he was left as the last Marston and also the only confirmed survivor of the Van der linde gang at the time. After his trail for revenge took him south of the border to Mexico to kill Ross, he was now without purpose. What do you guys think he went on to do after the story ended
Personally I like to think his soul left his body when he died and he possessed Jack ever since. But that's just my theory.

There is a glitch in the "Goodbye, Dear Friend" mission, where Arthur will wear the police uniforms gun-belt, until you change it of course. If you haven't completed this mission yet, then I would think it's just some other glitch.
