Ok it's this guy, forget everything in the above message https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Marston_%28USMC%29?wprov=sfla1
Holy shit, Jack (Legally John) was born in 1895, and would be 46 in 1941, perfectly old enough to be a brigadier general if he began a military career in the 20s or 30s. Now Jack probably had anti-government sentiments because of... the thing... but nobody knows what happened in the decades following. This is just a headcanon.
I believe the trolley was a good use of Lemoyne tax dollars. It's useful for the elderly, infirmed, and crippled to get about.
Javier was a good dude.
You mean reinstated without my knowledge after it was removed?
They assign the phrase "low effort" near arbitrarily to any post that's too small, not detailed enough, etc. But the biggest problem is the lack of specification of criteria for a post to be "low effort" and deleted without warning. For example, I made a post with lengthy description of an event in which a lawman ended up in Horseshoe Overlook and washed his hands in Pearson's bucket, and included a picture, but even that was deleted under the "low effort" public health order.
Hear hear op.
Judging by op's wording, I can tell Casual Geographic is the new algorithmic carrot-on-a-stick for us.

^ That's why the seal of Lemoyne features Saint Denis carrying his severed head as it was in the mythology
Amusing. Related side-note: I murdered >200 police officers in Saint Denis yesterday.
West Elizabeth - Eastern Texas, Oklahoma
New Hanover - Arkansas, Missouri, Nebraska (Not Kansas because it's been identifed as a seperate entity by a Rdr2 Lemoyne Raider letter) [fun fact: there's a Valentine in Northern Nebraska]
Ambarino - Dakotas
Lemoyne - Louisiana (clearly)
New Austin - Western Texas
Nueva Paraiso - Mexico (literally)
Horseshoe Overlook, just robbed a coach down at Flatneck Station, rode north to camp to escape the wanted state, no bounty, was anonymous when I entered. This fool just shows up, hitches his horse, and silently walks over to Pearson's table to wash his hands and do nothing else. I can antagonize and greet him infinitely with no repercussions or reaction from him. Odd.
Wow, how could I see a landscape and not immediately perceive it as phallic? I truly am a dunce
Huh?
Walked onto the gallows at Valentine while greeting the officer on it

Yeah I think it's a pretty unshaken fact standing that Arthur would regret that.
