If you go on IGN.com, there is an interactive map that shows all of the items in the game, including; Backroom businesses, cigarette cards, books and documents, Dino bones, Special hats, Unique weapons, treasure maps and more. Check it out, it's pretty cool.
I get mine from shady belle, the old camp. If you are John, or didn't go to that camp yet, watch out, they got a lot of dudes, but the plant is mostly away from them. You can read about oleander sage on here, too.

Tbh I liked kirean. I had a soft spot. And I got really sad at the time of his death. he could've been such a cool dude in the ending with John and the rest. If he learned to shoot a gun, of course.
