The Epilogue for RDR2 and the last few missions for RDR are my absolute favorites. The fact that the main character settles down and tries to build and honest life for himself is so relaxing and calming, as well as including a feeling of personal success when John becomes a successful rancher in RDR2 or when him and uncle get horses in RDR. That feeling of accomplishment in my opinion completely trumps any bank robbery has ever given me.
It all just feels so honest and genuine to me. Added with the subtle brilliance of John attacking Hanging Dog Ranch and the player immediately jumps back in to shootouts and combat as naturally as John did after his life of crime.
I was wondering if anyone else felt similar about these segments of the game
