In my opinion, the funnest stranger mission had to be The Noblest of Men, and a Woman just for the fact that you get to take down and meet some of the most famous gunslingers in the Red Dead Universe.

You have to complete the first stage of "A Fisher of Fish", a stranger mission given by Jeremy Gill that becomes available in Chapter 3. Then after you catch the fish you have to bring it to a train station and mail it by speaking to the clerk.
It is possible to mod on consoles but it is incredibly time consuming and you have a risk of messing your console up. If you would like to try it there are tutorials on YouTube.
There is an app and website by the name of "Unofficial Map for RDR2" for IOS and "MapGenie: RDR2" for android. The app shows every point of interest, weapon, horse, rock carving, hats, and more. It also displays updated information on Madam Nazar's locations. They also have a website that can be viewed just like the app here: https://rdr2map.com/

I like the Lemoyne Raiders because they are accurate to what happened after the American Civil War, with confederate militias forming and not submitting to the "Yankee" rule. They also have cool hats that Arthur and John can pick up.
Arthur very well could have lived longer if he left the gang, even with TB. His time was sped up due to him not taking it easy. He was running and fighting almost every day and never settled down.
