It depends. If you play on patch 1.00 (wich you can do by removing internet connection from your PS4 and then delete and reinstall the game) yes, in two ways. First one is in chapter 4 and second one you can do in every moment. If you go on patch 1.00 you won't lose any of your saves but you'll need to start a whole new playthrough (If you need more informations contact me)

I do think that Arthur without TB is the strongest among these, but I do also think that John is pretty close to him. He got shot in Blackwater, survived starvation and freezing and almost got eaten by wolves without dying
