I like your second and third ideas, but I would like to play with Landon Ricketts at the beggining of his gunslinger career instead. He somewhat had interfered in the Blackwater massacre and playing with him would mean a different perspective of the events, in addition to play in the main gunslinger era, around 1880s or 1890s with a younger Ricketts. It may seem a mad idea but at least could be a spin-off of the franchise.
