The law can and will go to extremes if a gang of nasty, irredeemable degenerates is murdering and robbing innocents.

Milton did go to those extremes in a good way, meanwhile Ross went up to a reformed man, kidnapped his family and said "Kill those gangsters you used to be with or else all your loved ones die lulz"

And after he does that, kills him and his family as well.

I still think that RDR3 should be a prequel as well. I think that it could follow the story of the Callander brothers. The game should start somewhere in their early life, then they join the gang early or somewhere in the middle of the game and the game ends right after the Blackwater massacre.
