So basically, it follows Arthur and the rest of the Van der Linde gang, but this time the zombie plague is caused by the opening of the houses in Pleasance. It basically follows the same premise of UN1 in terms of what the player has to do, albeit with probably more to do, and more stranger encounters.

On top of that, bill spends a lot of time with kieran and even says he was "starting to like him" before he died. if you antagonize jack marston there is a voiceline that says "you might be a williamson, or an escuela" and if john is there he'll say "bill doesn't swing that way" and finally, when bill grabs a man in a fight in "americans at rest" arthur will ask if he's about to kiss the man or punch him.
I personally think he's bisexual (because he asks if karen is sweet on him) but he also might be asking to cover it up.
Bill also asks arthur for some pomade, which at the time was used as a "lubricant", and at a campfire, bill says he got robbed by a "woman" (implied to be a crossdresser/femboy)
