I'm admittedly not Sadie's biggest fan, but it's disingenuous to say Rockstar wrote her with zero flaws. She's reckless, impulsive, and driven by revenge to the detriment of her own safety as well as the gang's. Her entire life is destroyed, not just because of what happened in Chapter 1, but because of her actions and inability to move on. Arthur points it out in Chapter 6 when he says they are both "more ghosts than people", and Sadie herself says she's been turned into a monster.

Also, it was pretty obvious Arthur had no intentions of paying the Lemoyne Raiders' toll either (although Sadie was the one who started a shootout absurdly close to camp). As for Hanging Dog Ranch, it was made explicitly clear that at least some of those men had been part of the group that killed Jake, since Sadie tells the man she saved for last that she promised she'd see him again.

Like I said, she's not my favorite and she definitely has serious flaws, but I cut her a little slack since she saw her husband murdered by O'Driscolls and was then raped for three days...

Cougars, because they seem to enjoy hunting and killing Arthur just as much (and scaring me when they come out of nowhere!).

Definitely snakes! Even when I use small game arrows, I usually manage to mangle the skins. Moose are on the list as well for their rarity.

In terms of beauty I would say Ambarino, but my favorite state overall is probably West Elizabeth. I like both Strawberry and Blackwater, and there are so many stunning places to just enjoy the scenery. Black Bone Forest and Owanjila in particular are incredible.
