I'm seriously considering buying the Special/Ultimate version of RDR2. It is worth it?

I feel very sorry for him. His death was very early in the story, when he wasn't even fully accepted into the gang. If his death was after he was completely accepted, and we had some missions with him, Kieran's death would be more impactful.
I once killed the beast man and lost an entire level of honor. I was also very surprised, because I didn't know that R* would put this detail in the game, when I saw his friend.
It's been three or seven weeks since I finished RDR2's story mode, and I still think Chapter 3 and Chapter 5 are the best.
Like many others, I felt a bit disappointed when we went from being a most-wanted outlaw in five states to a family man. I really regret not using the time when Abigail and Jack left John to tackle side missions, like searching for dinosaur fossils.
With that in mind, I've decided to replay the game, but this time I'll approach it differently and make better use of my time than I did during my first playthrough.
Do you have any recommendations for my second playthrough? Quick and easy ways to make money? Tips on leveling up Arthur's attributes faster? Any advice would be appreciated!
Could any of you tell me where I can find a good Buttermilk Buckskin Kentucky Saddler? I just love this coat.
I agree with you in part, but in a way, she only reacted the way she was supposed to react. Her husband (they hadn't gotten married yet, but you get the idea) went after a guy they only had a few clues as to where he was to kill him, "honoring" the life they had now (according to John, given the Arthur and Sadie's choices).
Her hugging him and marrying him right away is the least she should have done. She loves John and cares about him, so her hugging him when she sees he's alive is the least. They were going to get married soon after, so...
But I agree that her reactions to John's actions are disproportionate. He was defending the ranch he worked and lived on with his family, he was saving their son's life, and he had recovered their wagon that had been stolen.
Either way, John is very lucky to have a woman who loves him so much and cares about him so much in his life.
Maybe Abigail's problem is caring too much, but Dutch said that doesn't exist.
Sorry if I'm a little confused in my words, perhaps I'm not thinking much about what I'm saying.
I only played RDR2 (the best game in the world), but I think I have a good knowledge of the game's universe to talk about their relationship.
When Abigail leaves John with Jack in Epilogue 1, I started to hate the character, even though I had empathy for her previously. She abandoned John because he kept unintentionally getting into trouble and took his son in the process. I know she temporarily dumped him for the sake of their family, but if I were in John's shoes, I would never have built the ranch and lived the way I wanted. In my view, if she really loved John the way she appears to, she would stay with him, but she would try in other ways to make him stop getting into trouble.
Epilogue 2 is where I definitely started to hate the character. John, out of love or not, built a giant ranch and Abigail comes with John's son who she took away with her to live on JOHN'S RANCH. That ranch belongs to John, Abigail has no right to go live there, because she abandoned him and took his son with her.
Abigail cares a lot about John because she is apparently madly in love with him, but she only cares about him in the "right way" while we play with Arthur, because when we play with John she is a witch.
Hey, guys! I wish my Arthur would stop using two guns, because I think he looks weird with two guns on his waist, but I don't know how to take off the secondary holster. I tried using the clothes and weapons chest and even just having one gun stored on the horse (the one I'm using), but the secondary holster was always on his waist, whether there was a gun inside or not.
Out of curiosity, I just got to chapter 6. I liked Guarma, there was always a lot of action in each mission and I felt like I was really in a war in the last mission we spent in Guarma. Chapter 4 disappointed me a little, I expected more. Chapter 3 remains my favorite so far.
@Leprechaunlauch Thank you very much!
Hey, everyone! My honor is not rising despite me making sensible decisions, greeting citizens, doing camp chores, etc. I mean, my honor is high, I get 27% discount in stores (according to my calculations), but I can't go to the next levels.
Hey everyone! I just started Chapter 4 and received a message saying that new horses are available at the Saint Denis barn. I went to check them out and found a black Arabian horse. I’ve always heard that black horses are superior, so I bought it out of excitement.
However, I already have a white Arabian. Which one should I use, the white or the black Arabian?
I'm absolutely loving the game – it's hands down the best I've ever played. Chapter 3 has been my favorite so far, and I'm really looking forward to seeing what Chapter 4 has in store!
I found a "Female Fertility Statue" on one of my journeys. Is this any use for anything else, or can I just sell it?
Thank you all!
Guys, I'm having a little trouble hunting some larger animals in Red Dead Redemption 2. I saw that I don't have to use a bow to hunt, but I can also use firearms. Does anyone know of any firearms I can buy at the gunsmith that won't ruin the animal's skin?
@Lazboy214 Is it a problem that I accidentally killed the other gunmen? And since I've already kind of done the quest, does anything change in chapter 4?
Hey, guys! It's been a while since I started a mission at a salon in Valentine from a guy who wants to write a book about famous gunmen and gunwomen in history. The first person I tracked down was Black Belle. Her mission was relatively easy, but fun.
However, after completing the mission and taking a photo of Black Belle, the guy who gave me the mission was no longer at the salon in Valentine. I continued to pursue the other legends, but unfortunately, the remaining three ended up dying.
Despite my efforts to find all four legends, the guy was still nowhere to be found in the salon. I searched all over Valentine but couldn't locate him.
This happened right when I was about to close the game 😫
Hey, guys! Well, I walked to Valentine and passing by the weapons store, an NPC greeted me and said that I saved his life (I think it's that guy with the injured arm). As thanks, he says he will buy a weapon of my choice. Which weapon I choose?
Thank you all!
Hey, guys! I recently started playing Red Dead Redemption 2 and after completing some missions, I unlocked the option to make some improvements to the gang's camp. I'm at the beginning of chapter 2.
I wanted to know if when the gang moves camps, the improvements I made in chapter 2 will remain in the future camps. I've already taken a lot of spoilers from the story of RDR2.
