Redemption II
Is it just me that thinks the timeframe of Red Dead 2 is mad confusing? Was just looking at a page on here and apparently the game is set in May from Chapter 1 until at least Chapter 4's mission The Gilded Cage, apparently proven by an invitation in said mission.
Would be kinda normal if there weren't like 5 missions before that which have that "a few weeks later…" screen, and if there weren't like 50 missions before that, some of which take at least an in-game day
Was just admiring the views from that Big Valley mountain up where that huge skeleton is, and a UFO just pulled up. Kinda dont know what else to say 🤣
Was just playing rdr2 when I noticed Arthur wrote in his journal that he should've married Abigail… years later John has that journal 🤣 no wonder he hates talking about Arthur
I’ve heard some say it’s cut, some say it never existed. But I’ve also heard the devs confirmed it’s out there somewhere. So which is it? Has it really illuded everyone for 7 years?
And don’t answer “you get it from the glitch” glitches don’t count.. I want the source of the devs supposedly confirming it.

The Bureau of Internal Revenue did not handle policing, it even says this in the wiki pages trivia. All federal law enforcement work, especially financial like in online, (minus postal ingestions and federal marshals) was done by the Secret Service. That means that all these revenue agents are secret service agents instead. I think the page should be renamed.
I ask because I've been trying, but I never could for some reason, and YouTube videos don't really help me either, and I'm trying to go the High Honor route
I was browsing YouTube and I saw a video of an RDR2 random encounter in camp, It was two random strangers coming near camp and Hosea stopped them and started talking to them, They say that they came because of trouble(Probably if Arthur causes trouble near camp) And they already have problems of their own, I beat this game's story about 8 times and I never seen this encounter. And it's probably the rarest encounter in the game.
So I was wondering if anyone here actually saw this encounter and what they thought of it.
Why was Micah Bell so cruel to everyone in the Van der Linde gang? If he had put on a polite facade and pretended to like and care about everyone, wouldn’t that have better hidden how despicable and evil he truly was? Wouldn’t it have made more sense if Micah had been nice to everyone while secretly snitching on them to the Pinkertons? I feel like he could have maintained his cover even better if he had acted differently towards the gang, but maybe I’m mistaken. What are all your thoughts?

I was just playing the game and stumbled upon a campfire conversation from Hosea and a few things caught my attention.
The speech was Hosea (after having another coughing fit) telling the gang to envy him rather than pity him, and goes on to list the various things he’s done in life and a bit about his family history (he claimed his grandfather was a turnip farmer in Lincolnshire. Hosea claims to have never eaten a turnip in his life lol).
One line that caught my attention was that he “raised and… lost a family”.
Does this mean that Hosea and (presumably) Bessie had children that he never spoke about? This was my first time hearing this campfire speech, so it caught me by surprise.
Im doing the high honor ending where you go for john because i heard thats the best ending, but what ending should i do next? (pls no spoilers as im in what i think is the third chapter rn, with the grays and the braithwaites)
First of, hello I am new in this wiki page!
My name is Mary or Maria but you can call me Jun.
Now to the question… I tried to catch that Arabian horse in the mountains near the Indians place but I sadly lost tracks of him… Does the horse get back in the same exact spot after some time? Cause I tried getting back there even after closing and re-opening the game but the horse still wasn’t there…

I was trying to strauss' mission in chapter 2
I was replaying the game today and am currently on chapter four. After playing “Country Pursuits” (the mission where Dutch and Arthur help the Lagras fishermen fend off the giant gator), I couldn’t help but notice a couple of details I think might be a bit of foreshadowing.
So, when Dutch and Arthur are riding to Lagras, Arthur expresses his wariness about Dutch’s plan to kill Bronte. Dutch has an outburst (which I think is the first sign that his head injury is causing him to grow more insane), which he then apologizes for.
After arriving in Lagras, there are two moments that caught my attention; the first is when Thomas decides to ditch the crayfish traps and instead search for Jules. When Thomas suggests they split up, Dutch is the one who suggests he and Thomas stick together while he sends Arthur to go the other way… by himself. In a swamp full of gators and other dangerous wildlife. And the second, when the gator pulls Jules underwater, Dutch stops Thomas from going in to save him and instead makes Arthur go in instead.
I found this interesting because of their earlier argument before this. On both occasions, Dutch pushes Arthur into situations that could’ve easily gotten him killed (especially the second time). Is it possible that these were Dutch’s first attempts to get rid of Arthur because of him becoming a “doubter”?
What do you guys think?
A few weeks ago, I did "He's British, Of Course - IV" and got the Lion's Paw. I quit the game, and sometime later, I played again. The lion paw was gone and the lion wasn't there anymore.
I thought it would come back eventually but a few weeks later, it hasn't came back
I found myself asking this question after helping Penelope and Beau. At the end of True Love V, Penelope offered me a bracelet, part of the Braithwaite treasure. For the first time, I paused the game to decide whether to accept it.
I'm playing with high honour, but accepting Penelope's gift may have been a "low honour" choice. My reasoning was that Sean died while trying to claim lost gold from the Braithwaites or the Grays. Accepting the gift felt like honouring his memory.
I once heard that a high-honour Arthur Morgan wouldn't help Sadie kill the last of the O'Driscolls, but I disagreed. Wiping them out felt like justice for Kieran, Sadie and Jake. Helping John escape was, to me, what Hosea and Lenny would have wanted. Strengthening John's family also seemed like something Molly might have wished for, given that her tragic relationship with Dutch led to her downfall.
I first played Red Dead Redemption in 2024, and after finishing Red Dead Redemption 2, I see that killing Javier is the right call. Dutch, Micah, Bill, Javier, Cleet, and Joe all oppose Arthur and John. John kills Micah, Bill, and Joe, while Dutch takes his own life. Javier can be arrested alive, and for some reason, John has the option to spare Cleet. The ultimate badass move would be John taking down everyone who stood against him and Arthur.
After the part where i get uncle to beechers hope, i cant save my custom outfits anymore. anybody know how to fix this?
