Hello, everyone
Just a quick announcement to say that I have been promoted to content moderator on this wiki. I'll be patrolling pages, taking down vandalism and overall helping to improve the wiki. If anybody has any concerns or things they'd like to reach out about, feel free to talk further via my message wall.
So, if you didn’t know, I (AKA Russell Mays) had my account stolen or hacked or something. The hacker mentioned stuff on my user page about “ruining my reputation” and that I’m a “nimrod moderator” or something (a little dramatic, wouldn’t you say?) a couple hours later, I get an email about my account being closed, I try to recover it, and he changed the password (God knows how) I’m sure a couple of you were confused by some post that was made. Anyways, if my account’s closed, at least he can’t do anything. He obviously had some 9yr old vendetta or something, but since the situation is now somewhat resolved, don’t go pointing fingers. Thanks to @Leprechaunlauch (everbody’s favorite Scot) @H. Roosevelt and @Petkoholic for helping me with this issue.

Hello all,
I'm just writing this post just to express my concern for the current state of discussions.
By the looks of things, the average age of the typical discussions poster seems to be no older than 7. If that IS the case, please let me know so I can report your coked up mother to Child Protective Services.
Secondly, recently, I've seen numerous reports in the moderation menu, all of which consisting of people reporting posts that they don't agree with, nothing that breaks any rules or anything. For the love of everything pure, please STOP doing that as it only clogs up the report section and makes moderating the boards a crap load harder.
Finally, I just want to add that if the same low effort posts that plague the boards on a daily basis persist, we'll likely just end up closing the boards permanently. For all those who haven't yet finished elementary school yet, that means to stop posting "Who's Better? Arthur or John" polls every fifteen seconds.
If you're so desperate to discuss Red Dead Redemption, please just join our Discord server since this is probably my 50th time asking people.

I know it's very late, but two days ago (November 20) The Music of Red Dead Redemption 2: Original Soundtrack won the award for "Best Soundtrack Album" at the Hollywood Music in Media Awards! That's so sweet! And although the song "That's the Way It Is" lost the "Original Song in a Video Game" award to Resident Evil 2's "Saudade", I'm still glad that RDR2 has done its best; and at least it has won one of its two awards, so that's saying something.
Due to the PC release of RDR 2, we should be considerate of new players here who would not want the story spoilt for them. As a result, if your post includes spoilers, please attach a prefix to the title such as:

And then say what you wish to say. If you have any questions about it, ask here. Any posts which include story spoilers but do not say so on the title will be deleted.

Being as how the game came out coming up on a year ago, we've disregarded the no spoilers rule due to how most of you have already played and beaten the game. Rockstar tweeted today that Red Dead Redemption 2 will be coming to PC on November 5th and it will be available for Pre Order starting October 9th.
